Nook of Hayder

A tech enthusiast in all its forms. The internet is my home, where I feel most comfortable. I grew up alongside the rise of the internet in our homes— back when you couldn’t use the phone at the same time and heard this noise beautiful melody when connecting. By the time I was 8, I was already tinkering with code and, quite literally, frying CPUs.

Sometimes I think about moving to the countryside, living among chickens, tomatoes, and the smell of manure– but if fiber optic doesn’t reach there, the plan quickly fades away.

Summer of 2024. México.

Front-end engineer and designer with a background in psychology, driven by a humanistic and multidisciplinary approach. I advocate for polymathy and the creativity sparked by connecting diverse disciplines.

At this moment I cover all that as a Design Engineer at Edge&Node, the amazing team behind The Graph.

I’m currently in my mid 30s and have gone back to university to study Telecommunications Engineering remotely.

I live somewhere in Europe with my wife and our dog Nur.

There’s likely more to tell, but I’ll save those for the people I share caffeine and nicotine with.

If you have something interesting to share, reach out at h@hayder.sh. If not, be nice to people.
